How to transfer your website away from Solution21 servers
In order to move your website away from Solution21 servers, you have these options
If you website is developed in WordPress platform :
- Provide admin access of your website to your new hosting company (IP address is needed to open the firewall)
- The files can be also provided via
- Cloud accounts (iCloud , dropbox, etc)
- Our FTP server (IP address is needed to open the firewall)
If your website is not designed by WordPress , the first option won't be available.
Please be advised Solution21, Inc. has full ownership of the designs of the client’s websites unless client has purchased design ownership as stated in the contract.
Material that has been provided by client such as images and personal content are client’s property and can be returned to client upon request.
