How to transfer your website to Solution21
In order to move your website to Solution21 servers, you have these options
If your website is developed in WordPress platform :
- Provide admin access to your WordPress website
- Provide FTP access to their server
- Ask your current hosting company to send us all the design files + Database files
- via cloud accounts (iCloud , dropbox, etc)
- via our FTP server (we need the IP address to open the firewall)
If you website is not designed by WordPress , the first option won't be available.
Please make sure you have the ownership of the design and are legally allowed to host your website on any server.
