Clearing the browser cache

To clear your browser cache, you can follow these steps:

  1. Open your browser.
  2. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) or Command + Shift + Delete (Mac) to open the Clear browsing data dialog box.
  3. Select the time range for which you want to clear your cache. To clear your entire cache, select All time.
  4. Check the box next to Cached images and files.
  5. Click Clear data.

Note: Clearing your cache will not delete your cookies. If you want to clear your cookies as well, check the box next to Cookies and other site data.

How to clear your browser cache on mobile

To clear your browser cache on mobile, follow these steps:

Google Chrome

  1. Open the Chrome app.
  2. Tap the three dots in the top right corner.
  3. Tap History.
  4. Tap Clear browsing data.
  5. Select the time range for which you want to clear your cache. To clear your entire cache, select All time.
  6. Check the box next to Cached images and files.
  7. Tap Clear data.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Open the Firefox app.
  2. Tap the three dots in the top right corner.
  3. Tap Settings.
  4. Tap Privacy & Security.
  5. Tap Clear now.
  6. Check the box next to Cache.
  7. Tap Clear data.

Safari

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap Safari.
  3. Tap Clear History and Website Data.
  4. Tap Clear History and Data.

Note: Clearing your browser cache on mobile will not delete your cookies. If you want to clear your cookies as well, you can do so in the Settings app.
